Update: After my post, Ryan K. reached out to me and stopped out to look at the issue. He explained why the gutters weren’t pitched perfectly (it was our garage that was not level). So Ryan came back out on a Saturday and spent over two hours fixing the gutters. Pitching them much better than before. When he was done he asked me to do a walk around with him and he explained everything. Ryan did a great job. I have no problem recommending this company because if they do make a mistake, they make it right. Great job, Ryan! Thank you for everything! I was happy with the price until the work was done. They left in the middle of a job to go to a baseball game. Ok, it was for one of their kids, I understand. They came back the next day and finished. I was home both days and greeted them each time. On the second day, when they were finished they just get in their truck and leave. I was expecting them to knock on the door, knowing I was home, and ask me to walk around with them to inspect their work. Nope. They just left. I have to cut some of the downspout pieces because they didn’t ask if it was too long in front of my garage. I also found plenty of dropped screws in my driveway and patio. They even left the gunk from the old gutters on my lawn. To top it off, one of the gutters is not pitched towards the downspout at all and is leaking water out of the seams every time it rains. I pointed out the issues and they did give me some money off the project. When I notified them about the gutter not being pitched right they said they would come the next business day. Nope, they never showed and never called so I had to contact them again. Would not recommend them to others.
